Marvel Unlimited The Negaunee Public Library has a new service, Marvel Unlimited! This is Marvel Comics' all-you-care-to-read online comics service.

If you're interested in using this service on your electronic device or laptop, or on one of our public computers, please ask at the circulation desk and we'll get you set up.

This is an unfiltered service, so there is a permission form for children under 18.

Summer Reading Programs

The Negaunee Public Library's Summer Reading Programs begin Monday, June 12! There's something for all ages.

Children age 3 and up can register to participate and pick up a reading log to track the time they spend reading on or after June 12. There will be prizes and special events throughout the program, culminating in an ice cream social for the finale party August 1. Every child who completes his or her reading log will receive a free book of his or her choice and a certificate for a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut. Each child who completes his or her reading log will also have a chance to win a Princess (or Prince) Party from Once Upon a Birthday.

Teens can participate in summer reading this year, too! This program will be similar to the children's program, but teens can set their own reading goals. Every teen who completes his or her goal will receive a free book of his or her choice and a certificate for a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut. There may be other cool prizes as well!

Adult patrons may fill out a slip with their name, phone number, and the book or audiobook they read to enter a drawing for a chance to win prizes donated by local businesses.

For more information, please contact the library in person, or at (906) 475-7700, ext. 18.
