Reading Rugrats - a lapsit story time PDF Print E-mail

The Negaunee Public Library offers a lapsit story time for babies and young toddlers!  Reading Rugrats is held at 10:30 a.m. every Monday, in the library's Reading Room.  This program is designed for children ages 0-24 months, and all children must be accompanied by a loving adult.

Each session features stories, songs, bounces, and rhymes, and there will be handouts with the day's program as well as helpful early literacy tips.  The program incorporates the "Very Ready Reading Program," a comprehensive early literacy program featuring the "7 Days - 7 Ways" principles to get young children ready to read.
