                                                     Budget Workshop Meeting

                                                                   May 20, 2015             

The annual budget workshop meeting of the Alanson Area Public Library Board was called to order by President, Joan Niewiadomski, at 6:00 p.m.  Trustees present were Anne Billiard, Pat McFarland, B.R.Smith, and Sue Warner.  Library Director, Anna LaRue was also in attendance. 

Minutes:   Minutes of the May 13, 2015, meeting were read and approved. 

Treasurer’s Report:

• Anne presented the purposed budget for the 2015-2016 fiscal year
• Each line item reviewed and discussed
• Approval of budget will be at the June 10^th meeting

 Library Director’s Report:

• Anna presented information Suzanne at UPROC, as further clarification for the patron harassment policy.
• Policy reviews are needed to address the legal aspects involved

 Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
