Annual Budget Meeting

June 7, 2017

The annual budget meeting of the Alanson Area Public Library Board was called to order by President, Joan Niewiadomski, at 6:00 p.m.  Trustees present were Anne Billiard, Janet Batog, B.R.Smith, and Sue Warner, and Library Director, Anna LaRue.  Pat McFarland was absent.

Treasurer’s Report:

•        The budget for 2016-2017 was discussed and amended

•        BR moved to approve the amended budget for 2016 – 2917; supported by Janet; budget approved.

•        2017-2018 budget was presented, reviewed, and updated

•        Janet moved to approve the budget for 2017-2018.  Supported by BR, budget approved.   

Meeting adjourned at 6:15
