Budget Workshop Meeting

May 23, 2019

The annual budget workshop meeting of the Alanson Area Public Library Board was called to order by Vice President, BR Smith at 6:04 p.m.   Those in attendance were trustees Janet Batog, Sue Brants, Sue Warner, and Library Director, Anna LaRue.  Joan Niewiadomski was absent.

Treasurer’s Report:

·         Janet presented the budget for the 2018-2019 fiscal year

·         Each line item reviewed and discussed; adjustments for the 2019-2020 were suggested, and changes made where needed.

·         Final approval of the 2019-2020 budget will be at the annual budget meeting, June 5.

Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
