All Michigan Residents... who cannot see or read regular print due to a physical disability are eligible to receive free reading materials from a statewide network of libraries. There is no charge for the services, not even a cost to mail materials to and from the library. This program is made possible by the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Library of Congress, Washington, D.C.
