Cataloging FAQ:


    Q. How do I get to the Cataloging Toolbar?
    A. Right-click anywhere on the Wizard bar (the one with the picture icons) and click "Select Current Toolbar", then click "Cataloging" and "OK".

    Q. Why am I asked for an override code when I try to do [cataloging function]?
    A. Most likely you are not logged in as [YourLibrary]TECH. Try logging out of your session (Click the "X" in the top right corner), and logging back in with your cataloging account. If you are not sure what your cataloging login and password are, or you are certain that you are logged in for cataloging, please contact us at the SLC/UPRLC office.

    Q. How do I know which account I'm logged in as?
    A. On the menu toolbar (at the top of your Workflows Window), click "Help", then click "Session Info..."; the account name will be shown as User ID at the top of that box.
